Location: Charlotte, NC 28206
Schedule: Monday – Friday
Pay Frequency: Weekly pay every Friday
Overtime: Occasional overtime as needed
Shift Options
1st Shift:
7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay: $17.00/hour
2nd Shift:
4:00 PM – 1:00 AM
Pay: $17.50/hour
Position Overview
We are seeking reliable and hardworking Machine Operators to support production operations in Charlotte, NC. This role is responsible for operating machinery, monitoring production, checking product quality, and keeping the work area clean and safe.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate production machinery safely and efficiently
- Monitor machines to ensure proper operation and production flow
- Inspect products for quality, accuracy, and defects
- Load materials into machines as needed
- Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and production guidelines
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Communicate any machine issues or quality concerns to the supervisor
- Assist with general production tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Previous machine operation, production, warehouse, or manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to work assigned shift Monday through Friday
- Comfortable standing, bending, lifting, and performing repetitive tasks
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift
- Ability to lift up to 40–50 lbs as needed
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
