Workforce Time Planning Associate (Administrative Assistant I)
Location:
600 Yosemite Blvd., Modesto, CA 95354

Department: Workforce Planning
Pay Rate:
$23.00–$24.00 per hour
Assignment Details:
Schedule: Night 1 pattern (4:00 PM – 4:15 AM), with daytime training before transitioning to nights
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute workforce scheduling for one or more operational sites, with supervision
- Schedule union employees for operations departments, ensuring qualified staff are assigned to support business operations
- Manage call-offs and quickly fill vacancies to meet business needs
- Track and generate reports related to employee job assignments and attendance
- Responsible for timekeeping for the assigned work group
Qualifications:
- Prior workforce scheduling or administrative experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work night shifts after initial daytime training
