Snapshot:

  • Start Date: June 22nd, 2026

** Must be available to interview onsite on June 2nd.

  • Pay Rate: $18 per hour

  • Potential Temporary-to-hire opportunity

  • Hours: Must be available to work any shift between 8AM-8PM

  • Training: Monday-Friday for 8 weeks from 8AM-4:30PM with no time off

  • No time off will be allowed during blackout periods (first and last week of each month; Nov 30; Dec 7–15; Dec 28–Jan 8)

  • Potential for mandatory overtime on weekends from November 1st– December 31st

What’s a typical day as a Customer Service Professional? You’ll be:

  • Providing prompt, accurate, thorough, and courteous responses to all customer inquiries, which may be non-routine and require deviation from standard procedures.

  • Performing research as needed to resolve inquiries and ensuring effective customer relations through timely responses to various forms of communication.

  • Documenting inquiries accurately and coordinating with other departments to resolve problems, while also assisting with priority inquiries and special projects as required by management.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Have a high school diploma or equivalent, with at least 2 years experience in a call center environment.

  • Possess strong communication skills and the ability to handle non-routine inquiries with adaptability.

  • Can work onsite in Columbia, SC.

  • Have open availability to work an 8-hour shift between the hours of 8am and 8pm.

  • Are committed to maintaining productivity, quality, and timeliness standards, and are willing to assist with training new employees.
