Outbound Shipping Associate
We’re looking for a skilled Outbound Shipping Associate to handle outbound shipments—packing, preparing shipping docs, and coordinating domestic/international deliveries. If you’re detail-oriented, reliable, and excited to join a fast-paced team, we want to meet you in person.
Location: Culver City, CA
Schedule:
- 1st Shift (5:00 AM – 1:30 PM)
- 2nd Shift (1:30 PM – 10:00 PM)
Pay: $23/hr
Type: Full-time, onsite (6-month contract with potential for extension)
What You’ll Do:

Responsible for all aspects of outbound shipments, including inspection, packing, and accurate preparation of shipping documentation for both domestic and international orders.

Manage packaging material inventories, ensuring adequate supply for shipping needs.

Manage the packaging and shipping process of customer orders, as well as the handling of logistics for trade shows.

Coordinate transportation and carrier services to ensure timely delivery schedules.
What You’ll Need:
- 1–3 years of shipping experience (FedEx/UPS/DHL)
- Proficiency with Google Suite, MS Office, CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, etc.)
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet
