Kelly Services is hiring immediately for a Production Operator II at an established manufacturing facility in Ringwood, IL. This is a long-term contract assignment with weekly pay and the potential to transition to permanent employment based on performance.

Schedule Options:

Day shift: 7AM-7PM on 2-2-3 rotation
Night shift: 7PM-7AM on 2-2-3 rotation
What You’ll Do:

Operate extrusion, mixing, blending, and packaging equipment
Follow batch processes and quality procedures
Troubleshoot equipment issues and maintain production flow
Complete quality checks and production documentation
Work with maintenance and quality teams to resolve issues
What You Need:

2+ years manufacturing experience (chemical/processing preferred)
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Ability to lift 55 lbs and work 12-hour shifts
Willingness to work rotating 2-2-3 schedule
Basic communication skills for teamwork
Preferred (But Will Train):

Extrusion or process manufacturing background
Quality documentation experience
Forklift operation
