Job details
We are looking for a detail-oriented QC Chemist to join our Quality Control team. In this role, you will test raw materials and finished products to ensure they meet quality and safety standards. You’ll work in a laboratory setting using analytical instruments and follow strict pharmaceutical guidelines.
Main Responsibilities
- Perform chemical testing on raw materials, finished products, and stability samples
- Use lab equipment such as HPLC, UPLC, GC, UV-Vis, and FTIR
- Prepare samples, reagents, and standards according to procedures
- Record and document test results accurately following cGMP and documentation standards
- Assist with investigations of out-of-specification (OOS) or unusual results
- Support process improvements and maintain audit-ready records
- Help troubleshoot laboratory instruments when needed
Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or a related science field
- At least 1 year of experience in a pharmaceutical QC laboratory
- Experience with HPLC, UPLC, GC, UV-Vis, FTIR, and Empower software
- Knowledge of cGMP and Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
- Familiarity with SAP and Microsoft Office is a plus
