Titre du poste : Spécialiste en inventaire
Lieu : Saint-Laurent
Horaire : Du lundi au vendredi (40 heures par semaine, 7h00-15h30 ou 8h00-16h30)
Salaire : 22 à 26 $/heure
Type de poste : Temporaire, contrat de 8 mois (possibilité de permanence)

Responsabilités :

  • Gérer les opérations d’inventaire, incluant la réception, l’entreposage, la distribution, les comptes cycliques et le maintien de l’exactitude des stocks

  • Offrir un service à la clientèle professionnel aux clients internes et externes, et signaler rapidement toute problématique ou préoccupation au superviseur

  • Répondre aux besoins des clients en localisant, préparant, assemblant (kitting) et livrant les articles d’inventaire à l’extérieur du magasin lorsque requis

  • Utiliser les systèmes d’inventaire pour faire le suivi, vérifier et localiser les stocks, en assurant l’exactitude des transactions et des données

  • Recevoir et déballer les marchandises, vérifier les articles avec les bordereaux d’expédition et les bons de commande, et entrer les données dans les systèmes, incluant la création de nouvelles pièces au besoin

  • Traiter les retours de matériel, incluant l’émission de crédits, la préparation des retours aux fournisseurs et la coordination des envois pour réparation selon les procédures établies (SOP)

  • Assurer l’exactitude de l’inventaire en effectuant des comptes cycliques, en gérant les écarts, en mettant à jour les emplacements et en maintenant un étiquetage adéquat des codes-barres dans le système ERP

  • Respecter toutes les procédures de santé, sécurité et sûreté, et signaler immédiatement toute condition dangereuse

  • Veiller au respect des contrôles internes et des procédures opérationnelles normalisées (SOP)
     

Qualifications :

  • Diplôme d’études secondaires (DES) ou équivalent (un atout)

  • Expérience dans un rôle similaire ou en gestion d’inventaire

  • Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office

  • Excellentes aptitudes en service à la clientèle et en communication interpersonnelle

  • Sens du détail et excellente organisation

  • Capacité à suivre des procédures et à respecter des échéanciers

  • Bonnes compétences en analyse et en résolution de problèmes

  • Bilinguisme (français et anglais) requis, car vous aurez à communiquer avec des clients dans d’autres provinces

Job Title: Inventory Specialist
Location: Saint-Laurent
Schedule: Monday-Friday (40 hours per week, 7:00am-3:30pm or 8:00am-4:30pm)
Salary: $22-26/hr
Position Type: Temporary, 8-month contract (possibility of permanence)

Responsibilities:

  • Manage inventory operations including receiving, stocking, issuing, cycle counting, and maintaining overall inventory accuracy

  • Provide professional customer service to internal and external clients, promptly escalating any issues or concerns to the supervisor

  • Support client needs by locating, issuing, staging, kitting, and delivering inventory items outside the storeroom as required

  • Use inventory systems to track, verify, and locate stock, ensuring accurate transaction entries and inventory records

  • Receive and unpack materials, verify items against packing slips and purchase orders, and input data into inventory systems, including new part creation when necessary

  • Process material returns, including issuing credits, preparing items for vendor return, and coordinating shipments for repair according to SOPs

  • Maintain inventory accuracy by performing cycle counts, managing stock discrepancies, updating locations, and ensuring accurate barcode labeling in the ERP system

  • Follow all safety and security procedures, reporting any unsafe conditions immediately

  • Ensure compliance with internal control procedures and standard operating procedures (SOPs)

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred)

  • Experience in a similar role or in inventory management

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

  • Detail-oriented and well-organized

  • Ability to follow procedures and meet deadlines

  • Strong problem analysis and resolution skills

  • Bilingualism in French and English required, as you will need to communicate with clients in other provinces
