Job Description: QC Analytical Chemist
Position Summary
We are seeking a QC Analytical Chemist with hands-on experience in a GMP laboratory environment and strong analytical testing capabilities. The ideal candidate will have 100% required experience with dissolution testing and Waters Empower, along with demonstrated experience using LC and GC instrumentation.
This role is best suited for a candidate with a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or a related scientific discipline and 3+ years of relevant laboratory experience. We are particularly interested in candidates whose experience level aligns closely with the requirements of the position.
Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine and non-routine dissolution testing in accordance with approved methods, SOPs, and GMP requirements.

  • Operate and utilize Empower chromatography software for analytical testing, data acquisition, processing, and reporting.

  • Perform analytical testing using LC (Liquid Chromatography) and GC (Gas Chromatography).

  • Maintain accurate and complete laboratory documentation in accordance with GMP and data integrity requirements.

  • Follow laboratory SOPs, safety procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements.

  • Support investigations, deviations, and other quality-related activities as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (BS) in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related scientific field.

  • 3+ years of relevant analytical laboratory experience.

  • 100% required: GMP, Dissolution testing and Empower software experience

  • Demonstrated experience with LC, GC, KF testing and wet chemistry

  • Knowledge and practical application of data integrity principles in a regulated laboratory environment.
