Are you passionate about organizing information, improving searchability, and creating systems that help people quickly find what they need?
Kelly Services is seeking a Digital Content & Asset Manager to support a large-scale initiative focused on organizing, managing, and improving access to digital content and information. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in digital archives, library science, records management, content management, database administration, knowledge management, information architecture, or digital asset management.
We welcome candidates who have managed digital libraries, databases, content repositories, archives, records, or other large collections of information.
What You’ll Do
- Organize and manage large collections of digital content, images, documents, videos, and marketing materials
- Develop and maintain metadata, tagging standards, taxonomy structures, and content governance processes
- Improve search functionality and user experience by ensuring content is accurately categorized and easily accessible
- Support the implementation and ongoing management of digital asset and content management systems
- Partner with marketing, communications, creative, and business teams to ensure content is organized and maintained effectively
- Create documentation, workflows, user guides, and best practices
- Assist with content migrations, data cleanup, and repository optimization projects
- Train and support users on content management tools and processes
- Track project milestones and coordinate activities across multiple stakeholders

- 3+ years of experience managing digital content, archives, databases, repositories, or information systems
- Strong understanding of metadata, taxonomy, indexing, tagging, and information organization
- Experience improving content discoverability, search functionality, and user experience
- Excellent project coordination and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate across multiple departments and manage competing priorities
- Experience developing documentation, standards, and training materials
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
