We are currently seeking a QA Laboratory Technician to join one of our top clients in the medical device and pharmaceutical industry, located in San Lorenzo, PR.

  • Compensation:   $14.00 hour, shift differentials apply 

    • Salary increase may apply upon successful completion of the probationary period



  • Shift of Work:  Tuesday through Saturday, 1st shift


  • Contract Type: BPO Benefits Program (Enhanced benefits)


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Natural Sciences

  • Required Experience: 6 months to 1+ year of experience in a quality-related role within a regulated industry

  • Experience with GMPs, SOPs, and documentation practices (GDPs)

  • Knowledge of QSRs and ISO standards

  • Computer proficiency

  • Intermediate English communication skills (Spanish required)

  • Availability to travel to Manatí, PR approximately twice per week using own vehicle

  • Valid driver’s license and access to a medium to large vehicle (tolls & mileage expenses will be reimbursed)

Position Overview

The QA Laboratory Technician will perform inspections according to established specifications, following QSRs and written procedures. Responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and reporting non-conformances related to QA inspections and test methodologies

  • Inspecting, testing, and evaluating the precision and accuracy of products, production equipment, and testing equipment

  • Conducting all finished goods inspections and testing in compliance with established specifications
