Warehouse Worker – Compton, CA

Location: Compton
Schedule: Sunday – Tuesday + Every Other Wednesday
Pay Rate: $17.81/hour
Position Type: Temp-to-Hire

We are currently hiring dependable and motivated Warehouse Workers for a logistics operation in Rancho Dominguez. This is a great opportunity for candidates looking to grow within a stable warehouse and supply chain environment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Support daily warehouse and logistics operations

  • Assist with shipping, receiving, material handling, and dispatch activities

  • Maintain accurate movement and storage of materials throughout the facility

  • Help ensure production and service areas are supplied with necessary materials

  • Follow all operational procedures, safety standards, and security protocols

  • Work collaboratively with warehouse and logistics teams to meet production goals

  • Assist with inventory control and general warehouse organization

  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Qualifications

  • Previous warehouse, logistics, shipping, or receiving experience preferred

  • Ability to lift, move, and handle materials in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Ability to problem solve and work independently

  • Goal-oriented with a positive attitude and strong teamwork skills

  • Good communication and customer service skills

  • Knowledge of supply chain or logistics operations is a plus
