Location: Avalon Facility – 15601 S Avalon Blvd, Gardena, CA
Start Date: ASAP
Schedule:

  • Monday – Thursday: 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM

  • Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Pay Rate: $21.00/hour

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Operator to join a fast-paced warehouse environment in Gardena. This role involves order picking, loading trucks for next-day deliveries, operating warehouse equipment, and maintaining food safety and warehouse standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate stand-up reach truck, sit-down forklift, and electric rider pallet jack safely and efficiently

  • Perform full pallet, partial pallet, and piece picking to fulfill customer orders accurately

  • Load delivery trucks for next-day shipments

  • Use RF scanners and SAP systems for picking, replenishment, put-away, and inventory transactions

  • Manually pick, stack, and move 50 lb. products throughout the shift

  • Pack, label, and prepare FedEx parcel shipments

  • Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization in compliance with food safety standards

  • Follow FIFO procedures, shelf-life tracking, lot control, and location control processes

  • Report unsafe equipment or work conditions immediately to warehouse management

  • Complete all assigned tasks within required timelines

  • Follow all GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices), SOPs, dress code, and safety requirements

  • Assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Experience operating an electric pallet jack required

  • Forklift and reach truck experience preferred

  • RF scanner experience required; SAP experience preferred

  • Ability to lift and move 50 lb. bags continuously throughout the shift

  • Must wear steel-toe, slip-resistant boots or shoes

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
