– $16.00 per hour
– Tuesday – Saturday | 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Merchandising Representative I to support product merchandising, key cutting services, and customer support operations at Home Depot in South Attleboro. This position plays a key role in maintaining product displays, supporting store personnel, and ensuring customer satisfaction while representing Hillman products and services.

Responsibilities

Merchandising & Customer Support

  • Maintain product displays according to plan-o-grams

  • Monitor inventory levels and place product orders as needed

  • Down-stock merchandise and remove defective products

  • Install POP (Point-of-Purchase) materials

  • Repair displays and merchandising equipment

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with store management and staff

  • Assist with product training for store personnel

  • Support promotional events and grand openings

  • Secure additional retail display space through cross-merchandising and end caps

Store Display Resets

  • Tear down and assemble racks, displays, and fixtures

  • Execute display resets according to company specifications and plan-o-grams

  • Adapt to schedule changes when required for resets or customer needs

Store Surveys & Reporting

  • Complete store surveys and required documentation accurately and on time

  • Submit time records and receipts promptly

  • Communicate regularly with supervisors regarding customer and store updates

  • Maintain knowledge of company products, operations, and customer requirements

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Previous merchandising, retail, or customer service experience preferred

  • Ability to read and execute plan-o-grams efficiently

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and professionally with customers and store staff

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs occasionally

  • Frequent walking, standing, bending, twisting, climbing, and kneeling

  • Ability to perform physical merchandising and display setup tasks
