Pay: $22.00–$24.00/hour (Based on Experience)

Available Shifts

  • 1st Shift: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

  • 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday | 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM

Job Responsibilities

  • Operate and set up CNC lathes, horizontal machining centers, and vertical machining centers

  • Operate assigned machines while meeting production and quality standards

  • Read and interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, and work instructions

  • Perform machine setups and make necessary adjustments

  • Use precision measuring equipment including micrometers, calipers, and gauges

  • Verify and document part dimensions and tolerances

  • Inspect machined parts for quality, finish, and accuracy

  • Perform routine preventative maintenance and general machine upkeep

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

  • Follow all safety procedures and quality standards

  • Work collaboratively with the production team

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of CNC machining experience

  • Experience performing CNC machine setups

  • Strong mechanical aptitude

  • Ability to read blueprints and mechanical drawings

  • Knowledge of shop mathematics and precision measuring tools

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

  • Eagerness to learn and continuously improve

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
