Location: Humble, TX 77396 (Onsite)

Pay Rate: $20.00 / hour Job Type: Full-Time, Temporary

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM


Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Shipping & Receiving Associate (Material Handler) to join our team in Humble, TX. In this role, you will play a crucial part in keeping our production schedules running smoothly by accurately gathering, organizing, and preparing components. If you thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment, have a sharp eye for detail, and excel at keeping inventory organized, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Kitting & Assembly: Gather, assemble, and package components and materials according to exact job specifications and production schedules.


  • Accuracy & Labeling: Verify that all necessary materials are available for each job, kit them accurately, and ensure everything is documented and labeled clearly for the production teams.


  • Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, assist with routine inventory counts, perform data entry, and promptly report any shortages or discrepancies to the supervisor.


  • Stock Maintenance: Work closely with procurement teams to ensure timely stock replenishment and ensure all warehouse materials are stored properly to prevent damage or loss.


  • Equipment Care: Safely utilize and maintain the tools and warehouse equipment required for daily production and material handling tasks.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Previous experience in warehouse operations, shipping/receiving, or material handling is preferred.


  • Skills: Strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and basic data entry/inventory tracking abilities.


  • Efficiency: Ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment while following safety protocols.


  • Requirements: Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work the designated Monday–Friday daytime shift. A resume is required for consideration.
