What’s a typical day as Material Handler? You’ll be:
- Operating and monitoring equipment, following SOPs, work instructions, and GMP/documentation requirements
- Using Human Machine Interface (HMI) systems and performing basic machine troubleshooting
- Managing multiple activities or machine operations simultaneously while ensuring quality and safety standards are met
- Completing production records/logbooks accurately and on time
- Identifying and escalating issues proactively and supporting production goals
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have prior manufacturing experience, preferably in a fast-paced production or industrial environment (required)
- Are familiar with HMI systems and basic machine functions/troubleshooting
- Are a quick learner with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Possess strong problem-solving, decision-making, and math skills for production operations
- Are comfortable following SOPs, work instructions, and GMP/documentation requirements
- Can work independently with minimal supervision and demonstrate strong teamwork skills
Highly Preferred:
- Leadership or team lead experience in manufacturing
- Proven accountability for tasks and production goals
