Job Title: Production Associate – Food Processing Facility
Location: Richmond, VA
Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Job Overview:
Join our growing team at a state-of-the-art, climate-controlled food processing facility! We are seeking a dependable Production Associate to work across multiple departments. This role involves operating food processing equipment, moving finished product, and upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with all departments within the food processing facility

  • Operate machinery as required for production processes

  • Move finished products throughout the facility using sit-down lifts, pallet jacks, and stand-up reach trucks

  • Maintain a consistently clean and organized work environment

  • Adhere to all worker and food safety rules and regulations at all times

Requirements:

  • Proven experience operating sit-down lifts, pallet jacks, and stand-up reach trucks

  • Familiarity with food safety regulations preferred

  • Ability to work Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

  • Reliable, punctual, and able to follow written and verbal instructions
