The Customer Service Account Manager role might be an outstanding fit if you:
– Have a Bachelor’s degree (required)
– Have advanced skills in Excel (required)
– Have strong project management skills with strict attention to detail (required)
– Can work 100% onsite in Midland, GA (required)
– Have prior work experience in the manufacturing industry (strongly preferred)

What’s a typical day like as a Customer Service Account Manager? You will:
– Work as part of an internally-facing team to provide operational support throughout all stages of aircraft engine repair projects
– Act as a liaison and handle the flow of communication between the repair shop and other key departments such as Engineering, Quality, Finance and Supply Chain
– Provide regular status updates and reports to internal teams
– Work with other customer service team members to meet time-sensitive deadlines and solve daily challenges with minimal oversight
– Manage all associated paperwork (physical and electronic) and CRM system updates
