Job Title: Regeneration Operator
Location: Baytown, Texas
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm
Division: Water Technologies
Pay: $19.90 an hour
Job Overview
Join our Water Technologies Division as a Regeneration Operator and be an integral part of our plant operations team in Baytown, Texas. In this hands-on role, you will regenerate filtration resin, prepare mobile water treatment equipment, perform quality control checks, and oversee essential plant operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Regenerate ion exchange resins and other filtration media
- Prepare mobile filtration units, including proper resin loading, equipment inspection, and assembling necessary test kits, meters, pumps, and materials
- Operate forklifts to handle materials and equipment
- Conduct quality control checks on mobile units prior to dispatch
- Safely handle chemicals (NaOH, HCL, NaCl, etc.) during the regeneration process
- Oversee chemical offloading from vendors and manage transfers to plant tanks
- Test water samples and accurately document testing results
Requirements
- Experience with plant operations or water treatment equipment preferred
- Comfortable handling chemicals and adhering to safety protocols
- Ability to operate forklifts (training/certification a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
- Reliable and available to work Monday through Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm
