Pay Rate: $75-83K
Bonus: up to 10%
Shift: 12 Hour shifts, 2-2-3 schedule

Night Shift: 6pm-6am
What’s a typical day as a Maintenance Supervisor? You’ll be:
- Supervising maintenance employees on assigned shifts to ensure effective delivery of maintenance services.
- Collaborating with plant engineering and management teams to optimize equipment safety, production quality, and reliability.
- Overseeing maintenance and capital projects, utilizing mechanical and electrical expertise for production systems, utilities, and facilities.
- Managing scheduled preventative maintenance through a computerized maintenance management system.
- Ensuring all utilities (refrigeration, electrical, steam, compressed air, etc.) are in proper working order.
- Implementing corrective actions based on maintenance performance indicators to improve equipment effectiveness.
- Maintaining accurate technical documentation and completing paperwork such as maintenance records and incident investigations.
- Monitoring and enforcing workplace policies regarding safety, food safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Providing leadership, planning, and performance management for maintenance employees.
- Supporting training and development programs for maintenance personnel.
- Participating in contract-related activities if a collective bargaining agreement exists.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (preferred) or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Possess a minimum of five (5) years of industrial maintenance experience within the Dairy, Food, and/or Beverage industry.
- Have previous supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Are skilled in mechanical and electrical systems, including boilers, refrigeration, PLCs, cooling towers, ammonia compressors, and packaging equipment.
- Can troubleshoot electronics, instrumentation, and electrical systems, read schematics, and understand ladder logic.
- Are familiar with Good Manufacturing Practices and have experience leading and following Safety/Security Policies and Procedures.
- Are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and computer-based applications.
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Exhibit the ability to adapt to changing needs, lead others through change, and have strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- Are a strong team player and leader with the ability to work across multiple functions.
