Manufacturers & Suppliers Data Coordinator

Boulder, Colorado | 6-month Contract | Pay: $48–$58/hour + Completion Bonus

Monday-Friday 8am-5pm/ Onsite

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Manufacturers & Suppliers Data Coordinator to support material migration, supplier data management, and documentation activities across manufacturing and supply chain operations. This role will be responsible for collecting, reviewing, validating, and organizing manufacturing and supplier information to support system migration and ERP/ECC data uploads.

Key Responsibilities

Manufacturing & Supplier Data Support

  • Pull, review, validate, and extract manufacturing and supplier data from internal systems

  • Review and collect Certificates of Analysis (COAs) and manufacturing documentation

  • Retrieve information from ERP/ECC systems, warehouse records, inventory databases, and related systems

  • Enter and maintain large volumes of data within Excel spreadsheets and migration templates

  • Validate:

  • Manufacturing site names

  • Manufacturing site addresses

  • Manufacturer part numbers

  • Supplier records

  • PO numbers

  • Shipping and office/site address information

  • Identify discrepancies and coordinate corrections with internal departments

Data Cleansing & Documentation

  • Support supplier master data cleanup and migration activities

  • Utilize Optical Character Recognition (OCR) tools/processes for extracting data from scanned files and supplier documents

  • Maintain audit-ready documentation and organized records

  • Track progress and provide updates regarding migration and data validation activities

  • Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across systems

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in:

  • Strong Microsoft Excel and data entry skills

  • Experience with OCR (Optical Character Recognition) technology preferred

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Ability to manage repetitive, high-volume data tasks accurately and efficiently

  • Strong communication and coordination skills
