- Pay Rate: $18.00/hour
- Employment Type: Temp-to-hire
- Shift Available:
- B Shift: 2:30 PM–11:00 PM
(B Shift training will take place on A Shift for 1–2 weeks, if available.)

What You’ll Do
As a Machine Operator, you’ll play a key role in the manufacturing process. Responsibilities include:
- Operating machinery to cut, roll, weld, or pleat filtration materials
- Assembling components using blueprints and written instructions
- Performing quality checks to ensure product standards are met
- Recording production data and maintaining accurate documentation
- Using hand tools and power equipment safely and efficiently
- Lifting, moving, and loading materials as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Comfortable with physical, hands-on work
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Flexibility to train across multiple departments (Slitting, Cores, Pleating)
- Willingness to wear required PPE
- Ability to obtain steel or composite toe footwear after hire
