Now Hiring: CNC Machine Operators –3rd Shift
Location: LaVergne
Pay: $22-$26/hr
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 11:00pm-7:00am
(Initial training on 1st shift Monday Friday, 7:00 AM 3:00 PM for a few weeks)

We are currently seeking experienced CNC Machine Operators to join our team. If you have CNC experience and are looking for a stable opportunity in a clean, modern manufacturing environment, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:
• Set up, operate, and maintain CNC 3- and 4-axis grinding machines
• Load and unload components safely and efficiently
• Perform dimensional and visual inspections on finished products
• Record inspection and production information accurately
• Troubleshoot machine issues and make program adjustments when needed
• Maintain tooling and ensure machines are operating properly
• Support training of new operators when necessary
• Follow all safety and quality procedures

Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED required
• Previous CNC machine operating experience required
• Ability to stand for an 8-hour shift and lift up to 33 lbs
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable, safety-focused, and team-oriented
