Now Hiring: CNC Operator – 3rd Shift

Location: La Vergne, TN
Pay: $23.00–$28.00/hour (Based on Experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 11:00pm – 6:00am

What You’ll Do:

  • Set up and operate multiple CNC 4- and 5-axis grinding machines

  • Load and unload parts while monitoring machine performance closely

  • Perform quality inspections using precision measuring tools

  • Read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and work instructions

  • Troubleshoot machining issues and make adjustments to programs or tooling as necessary

  • Maintain tooling and equipment for optimal performance

  • Accurately document production data and communicate any quality or safety concerns

What We’re Looking For:

  • High School Diploma or GED required

  • Minimum 2 years of CNC machining experience (milling, turning, or grinding)

  • Ability to read blueprints and understand GD&T

  • Knowledge of machining fundamentals, tooling, feeds, speeds, and setup processes

  • Basic G-code or CNC programming knowledge (a plus)

  • Experience with Haas or similar CNC platforms preferred

  • Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 33 lbs

  • Strong attention to detail, troubleshooting ability, and a commitment to workplace safety
