Location: La Vergne, TN
Pay: $23.00–$28.00/hour (Based on Experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 11:00pm – 6:00am

What You’ll Do:
- Set up and operate multiple CNC 4- and 5-axis grinding machines
- Load and unload parts while monitoring machine performance closely
- Perform quality inspections using precision measuring tools
- Read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and work instructions
- Troubleshoot machining issues and make adjustments to programs or tooling as necessary
- Maintain tooling and equipment for optimal performance
- Accurately document production data and communicate any quality or safety concerns
What We’re Looking For:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum 2 years of CNC machining experience (milling, turning, or grinding)
- Ability to read blueprints and understand GD&T
- Knowledge of machining fundamentals, tooling, feeds, speeds, and setup processes
- Basic G-code or CNC programming knowledge (a plus)
- Experience with Haas or similar CNC platforms preferred
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 33 lbs
- Strong attention to detail, troubleshooting ability, and a commitment to workplace safety
