Descripción del puesto:
Se solicitan candidatos motivados para el puesto de Operador de Empaque y Manufactura. Esta posición es responsable de operar equipos y realizar tareas de ensamblaje, procesamiento y empaque de productos terminados, conforme a las políticas de la compañía y especificaciones establecidas. El candidato ideal asegurará que todas las actividades de producción y empaque cumplan con las Buenas Prácticas de Manufactura (BPM), así como con las normas de seguridad y calidad.

Entre las responsabilidades clave se incluyen:

  • Ensamblaje, procesamiento y empaque de productos

  • Ajuste y montaje de equipos

  • Inspecciones en proceso y limpieza de equipos

  • Elaboración precisa y oportuna de documentación

  • Apoyo en la instalación de equipos y reporte de necesidades de mantenimiento

  • Cumplimiento con los estándares de seguridad y calidad

  • Participación en proyectos especiales o iniciativas del negocio, según sea necesario

Requisitos:

  • Experiencia en industria farmacéutica y escuela superior completada
    O
    Sin experiencia, pero con Bachillerato completado

  • Disponibilidad para turnos rotativos (1ro, 2do y 3er turno)

  • Licencia de conducir vigente de Puerto Rico

  • Destrezas básicas de computadoras
