Pay Rate: $20.00/hour
Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
Position Type: Temp-to-Hire

Job Overview

Kelly Services is hiring a Branch Coordinator/Administrative Assistant to support daily operations of a healthcare branch office. This role serves as the first point of contact for patients and partners while supporting administrative, scheduling, documentation, billing, and equipment coordination in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as first point of contact for patients via phone and in person


  • Support the sales team by completing patient documentation and intake processes


  • Review system screens (including ACIS), assist customers, and confirm delivery appointments


  • Perform post-delivery work order confirmation and accurate data entry


  • Assist with patient scheduling and outbound customer satisfaction calls


  • Support PAP classes, overnight oximetry programs, and related documentation


  • Conduct downloads and basic functional testing of respiratory equipment (training provided)


  • Prepare and stage patient equipment; assist with warehouse coordination


  • Explain insurance coverage, out-of-pocket costs, and collect payments as needed


  • Reconcile daily receivables and submit documentation to lockbox


  • Scan, file, fax, and maintain records for audits and compliance


  • Order office and inventory supplies as needed


  • Perform additional duties as assigned


Qualifications

Required:

  • High School Diploma or GED


  • 2+ years of office or administrative experience


  • Strong customer service and communication skills


  • Comfortable working in a healthcare or regulated environment

Preferred:

  • Experience in healthcare, medical office, or patient-facing roles


  • Familiarity with scheduling, billing, or medical documentation
