For those who want to keep growing, learning, and evolving. We at Kelly® hear you, and we’re here for you! We’re seeking  Manufacturing Operators to work at a premiere client in Middletown, VA.

Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $20.00-$22.00 per hour

  • 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (2 positions)

  • 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM (2 positions)

  • 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM (2 positions)

  • Monday–Friday, with infrequent weekend support as needed

Timeline: 6–8 weeks SHORT TERM ASSIGNMENT

What’s a typical day as Manufacturing Operator? You’ll be:

  • Performing basic production tasks such as loading and unloading bottles on a manufacturing line.

  • Using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): hair nets, beard covers, safety glasses, safety shoes, long pants, gloves, and a clean room smock.

  • Standing for 2–3 hours at a time and working 8.5-hour shifts.

  • Maintaining cleanliness and good hygiene standards.

  • Reading, comprehending, and writing in English as required.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Can work in a medical device manufacturing environment.

  • Have good hygiene and attention to cleanliness.

  • Can follow written instructions and communicate effectively in English.

  • Are able to stand for extended periods and work full shifts.

  • Prefer a hands-on role in a production setting.
