Position Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our senior executives in a fast-paced biotech environment. The ideal candidate thrives in dynamic settings, demonstrates professionalism and discretion, and excels at managing multiple priorities while supporting cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate both domestic and international travel
- Prepare agendas, presentations, and correspondence for executive meetings and communications
- Organize meetings, events, and ensure timely follow-ups
- Process expense reports, coordinate with vendors, and complete various administrative tasks
- Maintain accurate records and assist with new employee onboarding
- Support communication and coordination among Commercial, R&D, HR, and Finance teams
- Handle confidential information with utmost professionalism
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 years providing support to senior executives, ideally within biotech, pharma, or a related industry
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools such as Teams and Zoom
Preferred
- Experience working with global teams and across multiple time zones
