Kelly is currently looking for a Forklift Lead – Material Operations to work on site within a climate control warehouse servicing a premiere company located Georgetown, TX 78628. Resume required.

A dynamic and growing technology manufacturing facility is seeking a skilled Forklift Lead to join our Material Operations team. In this critical role, you will oversee forklift activities throughout the warehouse and production support areas, ensuring materials are handled efficiently, safely, and accurately for seamless production.

Shift: 7:00am – 4:00pm
Pay Rate: $22.00/hr- Paid Weekly!!!!

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate daily forklift operations and material handling

  • Supervise forklift operators and organize material movements to support production schedules

  • Ensure materials are properly received, staged, and delivered to the appropriate locations

  • Maintain inventory accuracy and uphold compliance with safety regulations

  • Conduct forklift inspections and maintain 5S standards in storage areas

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Valid forklift certification

  • 3–5 years experience in forklift operations, warehouse, or material handling

  • Lead or supervisory experience preferred

  • Strong attention to detail, safety, and inventory management

  • Effective communication and leadership skills

Work Environment:

  • Fast-paced warehouse and production setting supporting advanced manufacturing

  • Physical activity required, including forklift driving and lifting

  • May require shift work
