Job Title: Warehouse – Quality Inspection Associate
Duration: Temporary
Location: Elgin, IL – Motorola Solutions
Shift: 1st Shift: 6:00 am to 2:15 pm
2nd Shift: 2:45-11 pm
Pay: $16/hr (1st shift), $17.50/hr (2nd shift)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Quality Inspection throughout the assembly process, auditing production lines periodically and testing finished products

  • Scanning products and entering data on computer systems

  • Following written instructions to complete auditing and testing processes

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Previous Quality Control experience (preferred, not required)

  • Basic computer skills and strong key entry ability are required

  • Strong Attention to detail and ability to work both independently and in a small team

  • Ability to follow written instructions and navigate computer software programs

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand and move for a full shift

  • Lift up to 35 lbs unassisted and up to 65+ lbs with team assistance
