Primary Responsibilities:

• Set up, safely operate, and monitor automatic and manual plastic fabrication lines to ensure consistent and quality production output
  

• Troubleshoot and resolve process and equipment issues efficiently
  

• Conduct equipment teardown and machine cleaning for optimal, continuous operations
  

• Measure, mix, and prepare raw materials following prescribed formulations and safety protocols
  

• Operate hand and power tools such as saws, punches, drills, and routers for various production requirements
  

• Perform regular inspections of finished products for adherence to strict quality and accuracy standards
  

• Prepare, package, label, and palletize finished goods for distribution or shipping
  

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with all company policies and safety regulations

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
  

• 1+ year of prior manufacturing experience preferred but not mandatory—comprehensive training will be provided on all machines and processes
  

• Proficient with basic hand tools, including wrenches, screwdrivers, and pliers
  

• Demonstrated strength in mathematics, mechanical aptitude, and problem-solving
  

• Ability to accurately follow both written and verbal instructions, and collaborate effectively within a team
  

• Strong self-motivation, organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to safety practices
