Primary Responsibilities:
- Set up, safely operate, and monitor automatic and manual plastic fabrication lines to ensure consistent and quality production output
- Troubleshoot and resolve process and equipment issues efficiently
- Conduct equipment teardown and machine cleaning for optimal, continuous operations
- Measure, mix, and prepare raw materials following prescribed formulations and safety protocols
- Operate hand and power tools such as saws, punches, drills, and routers for various production requirements
- Perform regular inspections of finished products for adherence to strict quality and accuracy standards
- Prepare, package, label, and palletize finished goods for distribution or shipping
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with all company policies and safety regulations
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- 1+ year of prior manufacturing experience preferred but not mandatory—comprehensive training will be provided on all machines and processes
- Proficient with basic hand tools, including wrenches, screwdrivers, and pliers
- Demonstrated strength in mathematics, mechanical aptitude, and problem-solving
- Ability to accurately follow both written and verbal instructions, and collaborate effectively within a team
- Strong self-motivation, organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to safety practices
