Immediate Openings: QC FAB Operators (Day Shift & 2nd Shift) – Chandler, AZ
We have an urgent need for two QC FAB Operators to join our team in Chandler, AZ (85226). We are looking for one candidate for the Day Shift (6:30 AM – 3:00 PM) and one for the 2nd Shift (1:30 PM – 10:00 PM). The 2nd shift operator must have PPAP experience.
Pay Range: $23–$26 per hour, depending on experience. Candidates with less experience should expect the lower end of the pay scale.

Position Summary
The QC FAB Operator is a detail-oriented and motivated individual with knowledge of manufacturing and distribution. This role is responsible for processing quality requirements, organizational responsibilities, and acting as the company liaison among suppliers, customers, and internal teams. Unresolved quality issues are escalated to the Quality Manager.
Essential Job Functions:
- Read and interpret blueprints; inspect using proper measurement gauges
- Maintain and retrieve quality documents and alerts
- Support manufacturing/distribution PPAP submissions (AIAG 4th edition)
- Complete FAIR’s, DIP’s, TDP’s, visual inspections of distribution items
- Review tooling upon arrival and collaborate with the NPI team on issues
- Follow quality management system procedures and work instructions
- Verify material or hardware certifications meet requirements
- Measure and count incoming hardware/parts for conformance
- Communicate with suppliers to resolve quality issues
- Assist with all RMA’s and customer/vendor discrepancies (including system entries)
Knowledge & Skills:
- Strong computer skills: Excel, PDF professional, Word, MS Office
- Critical thinking and risk assessment skills
- Proficient with inspection tools and equipment
- Blueprint reading and interpretation
- Familiar with PSWs, control plans, process flows, PFMEAs, CPK Studies, Gauge R&R, material test reports, Certificates of Conformance, and supplier information
Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of work-related experience preferred
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to stoop, crouch, reach, walk, lift (up to 50 lbs.), grasp, talk, hear, and perform repetitive motions
- Close visual acuity and ability to work in conditions that may include fumes, odors, or dust

- Knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) is beneficial
