Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $20.75 per hour, plus a $1.50 shift differential for hours worked from 6pm–6am.
Shift: 6am–6:30pm, two-week rotation, every other weekend, N1 shift

What’s a typical day as a Machine Operator? You’ll be:
- Completing assigned production duties to ensure customer, team member, and vendor satisfaction.
- Setting up, operating, troubleshooting, and cleaning all assigned production and packaging equipment according to standard operating procedures.
- Performing regular product quality control checks and maintaining accurate production documentation.
- Resolving equipment jam-ups and restoring line operation efficiently.
- Maintaining compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and all plant regulations.
- Communicating effectively between shifts and supporting all areas of the production facility as needed.
- Ensuring work areas are sanitary and strictly adhering to all sanitation and safety practices.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have a GED or High School Diploma (preferred).
- Bring previous manufacturing or machine operation experience (preferred).
- Can apply basic to complex math concepts and have knowledge of weights and measures.
- Understand and respond appropriately to basic to complex employee, vendor, and customer inquiries.
- Are able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
- Are willing and able to work the specified rotating shift schedule, including weekends.
- Can operate facility equipment and are willing to complete all required company training.
- Are committed to reporting to work as scheduled and communicating any absences or tardiness appropriately.
