Trainer Job Description (Cabling/Rack & Warehouse)

Position Title: Trainer – Cabling/Rack or Warehouse
Pay Rate: $18/hr
Schedule: 7:00 AM – 3:45 PM
Location: Kelly Services – supporting server manufacturing operations

Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Trainer to support production and warehouse operations in a server manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for onboarding and training new associates on processes, procedures, quality expectations, and safety standards within the assigned department (Cabling/Rack or Warehouse).

The ideal candidate has previous experience in a Lead or Trainer role within a warehouse or manufacturing setting and is comfortable coaching employees in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Train new hires on department-specific processes and standard operating procedures

  • Provide hands-on instruction for Cabling/Rack assembly or Warehouse functions

  • Monitor trainee progress and provide feedback to ensure understanding and performance expectations are met

  • Reinforce quality, safety, and productivity standards

  • Support supervisors with onboarding, retraining, and cross-training initiatives

  • Serve as a resource for team members on process questions and best practices

Qualifications:

  • Previous Lead, Trainer, or similar leadership experience required

  • Experience in a warehouse and/or manufacturing environment required

  • Experience in server manufacturing, cabling, rack assembly, or warehouse operations preferred

  • Strong communication and coaching skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and train employees with varying levels of experience

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) not required, but preferred

Openings:

  • Trainer – Cabling/Rack (2 openings) — prefers bilingual

  • Trainer – Warehouse (1 opening) — prefers bilingual
