What’s a typical day as a Ecommerce Specialist? You’ll:

  • • Support daily e-commerce operations across retailer websites
    • Execute product updates, pricing, and promotional setups
    • Monitor site performance and identify issues related to content, or promotions
    • Coordinate Marketing visibility campaigns with internal teams and external retailer partners
    • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of promotional execution
    • Support ad hoc analysis and reporting requests


This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, data manipulation)
• Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Proven ability to collaborate across internal teams and external partners
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a complex, fast-paced environment
• Experience with business systems and analytics/reporting tools


Nice-to-have skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

  • 3 yrs. or more of experience 

  • Experience with influencer marketing and partnership programs


  • Familiarity with content production workflows and asset management tools


  • Background in high-volume or fast-paced marketing environments

  • Highly detail-oriented with strong execution focus

  • Proactive and solutions-oriented mindset

  • Strong communication and follow-through skills

  • Comfortable working in a cross-functional, matrixed environment

  • Ability to quickly learn tools and processes
