Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $20-25/hr. (based on experience)
Shift: Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm

What’s a typical day as a CNC Machine Operator? You’ll be:
- Operating CNC lathes safely and efficiently to produce precision machined parts
- Loading and unloading raw materials and finished parts
- Conducting in-process inspections using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and comparators
- Monitoring machine operation and making minor offset adjustments as needed
- Reading and following blueprints, travelers, setup sheets, and work instructions
- Maintaining part quality and ensuring all tolerances are met throughout production runs
- Deburring, cleaning, and packaging parts as required
- Completing production and inspection documentation accurately
- Keeping your work area clean and organized
- Communicating any issues related to quality, tooling, or machine performance
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have prior experience operating CNC lathes (required)
- Can accurately use precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, etc.)
- Maintain strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Are able to follow instructions and standardized processes
- Possess basic blueprint reading skills (preferred)
- Demonstrate reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
- Can stand for extended periods and lift materials/parts as needed
- Have experience in a precision machining or manufacturing environment (preferred)
- Are familiar with tight-tolerance parts and inspection requirements
- Experience with Haas, Mori Seiki, DMG Mori, or similar CNC equipment is a plus
