Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Prince Frederick, MD – Calvert County
Full-Time or Part-Time | 2026–2027 School Year
Kelly Pediatric Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide school-based services to students in Prince Frederick and the surrounding Calvert County area. We are open to candidates seeking either a full-time or part-time opportunity.
This is a great opportunity for an SLP who enjoys working with children and wants the support of an experienced clinical team while making a meaningful impact in a school setting.
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language evaluations and therapy services to students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals
- Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, families, administrators, and related service providers
- Complete evaluations, progress reports, and other required documentation
- Provide services in accordance with students’ IEPs and school requirements
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Maryland SLP license or eligibility for Maryland licensure
- ASHA certification preferred
- CFs are welcome to apply
- School-based or pediatric experience is preferred but not required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with students, families, and school staff
