Location: Swedesboro, NJ (08085)
Pay Rate: $27.00 – $30.00 per hour
Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Employment Type: 12-Month Contract

What’s a typical day as a TSA Compliance Coordinator? You’ll be: Acting as a key leader in site security and compliance, you will ensure the integrity of the supply chain through:
- Leading TSA Audits: Spearheading audits every three years (and for cause), ensuring all facility protocols meet strict federal standards.
- Serving as Principal Security Officer: Collaborating directly with TSA personnel for facility walkthroughs and documentation requests.
- Managing Compliance Systems: Utilizing IACMS and KSMS systems to maintain and approve TSA-recognized shippers and drivers.
- Training and Onboarding: Developing and delivering TSA compliance training for new hires and providing necessary refresher courses.
- Ensuring Security Standards: Initiating and managing TSA Background Checks for new employees and adhering to strict GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) guidelines.
- Quality Reporting: Apply writing skills to review reports and input quality risk management data.

- Bring TSA Experience: You have at least 3-5 years of experience in Transportation Security Administration (TSA) compliance (required)

- Meet the basics: You are legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship and can pass a comprehensive background check/drug screening (required)
