Payroll Data Migration Analyst
Kelly Services is currently seeking a Payroll Data Migration Analyst position for one of our top clients working remotely.
- Kelly Outsourcing Consulting Group KellyOCG, a managed solution provider and business unit of Kelly Services, Inc., is currently seeking a Payroll Data Migration Analyst for a 10-month engagement at one of our Global clients working remotely. This role is a full-time, fully benefited position.

As a Payroll Data Migration Analyst placed with KellyOCG you will be responsible for the following:
Globally drives data migration and conversion activities ensuring accuracy, consistency, and high?quality data throughout global system implementations and ensuring regions align to global standards, tools, and processes
Responsibilities:
Payroll Data Migration and Integrations
- Responsible for executing data conversion activities including validation of scope, data mappings, data transformations, and reconciliations?
- Responsible for testing of Alteryx builds for transformations and reconciliations?
- Responsible for executing Alteryx transformation tools to create files for upload to new vendor systems?
- Responsible for executing Alteryx S2T tools for comparison of data and providing initial analysis?
- Partners with ops teams for error handling of upload files and S2T discrepancies?
- Captures requirements for Alteryx tool configurations related to transformations and S2T reconciliations?
- Executes and supports conversion activities in partnership with local teams and automation team?
- Responsible for execution of conversion files, creation of upload files, and S2T reconciliations?
- Partners with local teams and vendors during integration discovery, design, build and testing phases?
- Assists Regional DMM team with facilitating System Integration Testing for third-party vendors ?
- Support troubleshooting efforts with vendors during all phases?
- Supports defect resolution as it relates to integrations?
Skills required:
- Strong data analysis skills with the ability to translate data into actionable information and strategies
- Knowledge of quality management and/or compliance principles
- Understanding of business aspects of data standards, data architecture, and related governance
- Expertise in Excel, Alteryx, and Integrations?
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, thriving in a multicultural environment.
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple country executions?
- Facilitation, presentation, and meeting management skills for diverse audiences.
