School-Based | Flexible, Consultation-Focused Role

Kelly Pediatric Therapy is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide consultation-based services for a preschool caseload within a local school district. This is a flexible, as-needed opportunity ideal for a BCBA who enjoys collaboration, problem-solving, and supporting teams without a heavy direct therapy caseload!

What You’ll Do
• Provide consultation and behavioral support to school staff and teams
• Assist with problem-solving challenging behaviors in the classroom setting
• Deliver training and coaching to teachers, paraprofessionals, and staff
• Support the development and implementation of behavior intervention strategies
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure student success

What We’re Looking For
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or related field
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Active clearances (Child Abuse, State, and Federal)
• Passion for working with students in a school-based setting
