Job details
We are seeking a Temporary Full-Time Customer Support Representative to provide customer service support via phone and email. This role requires handling a high volume of inquiries while maintaining professionalism, accuracy, and a positive customer experience.
Location: Remote
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM Pacific Time
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner
- Manage a high volume of requests using a ticketing system
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues
- Escalate concerns as needed
- Stay up to date on product information and policies
- Work both independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Associate degree or 1–2 years of customer service experience required
Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
Technical Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook)
- Experience with eCommerce or ticketing systems
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
Compensation
- $24.00 – $27.00 per hour
