Manufacturing Operators – Multiple Openings

Join Stanley Black & Decker and help manufacture products for some of the world’s most recognized brands, including DEWALT, CRAFTSMAN, STANLEY, BLACK+DECKER, IRWIN, and LENOX. We’re hiring dependable, safety-focused individuals to join our manufacturing team in East Longmeadow.
Pay: $21.00–$22.00 per hour (based on position and shift)
Schedules
Multiple schedules are available, including:
- 1st Shift
- 2nd Shift
- Overnight Shifts
- Four-day workweeks (select positions)
What You’ll Do
- Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment
- Set up machines and perform changeovers
- Load and unload raw materials and finished products
- Inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met
- Use measuring tools such as gauges and micrometers
- Follow production schedules and work instructions
- Maintain a clean, safe work environment
- Complete production documentation and basic computer transactions
What We’re Looking For
- Manufacturing, production, assembly, machine operation, or warehouse experience preferred
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Experience with CNC equipment, welding, forklifts, SAP, or precision measuring tools is a plus for select positions
