Machine Operator (Band Weld) East Longmeadow, MA (Temp to Hire) Willing to train the right person with a good work history. LOTS oof overtime!!

Pay & Schedule:

2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 5:00PM to 5:00AM

Overtime is common, around 55–60 hours a week
What you’ll be doing:
-
Running and monitoring machines that produce metal bands used for saw blades
-
Loading materials and removing finished products
-
Checking products for quality and alignment
-
Making basic adjustments to the machines
-
Following all safety procedures
What they’re looking for:

Manufacturing or machine experience helps, but not required
-
Comfortable using basic tools and working with your hands
-
Able to lift up to about 25 lbs
-
Someone reliable who can handle a fast-paced environment
