Kelly® is hiring a Machine Operator to work with a leading manufacturing company in East Longmeadow, MA. If you’re looking to grow your skills in a stable, fast-paced environment, this could be a great opportunity.
Pay:
- $21.00/hr
Shifts:
- 1st Shift Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm + mandatory overtime

Job Responsibilities:
- Operate up to 5 machines at once including horizontal furnace, butt welder, and punch press machines
- Work as part of a team to meet production and quality goals
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures
Qualifications:
- 1–2+ years of machine operator experience is required
- Must have strong time management skills
- Must be willing to cross-train on multiple pieces of equipment
- Able to work mandatory overtime
- Must have High School Diploma or GED
