We’re seeking a Manufacturing Technician to work at a premier manufacturing client in Clearwater, FL. Sound good? Take a closer look below. Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $16/hr. – $20/hr., Based off experience
Schedule: Monday – Thursday: 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Friday: 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM

What’s a typical day as Manufacturing Technician? You’ll be:
- Supporting manufacturing operations by understanding operator challenges and participating in process execution.
- Determining root causes of issues and designing innovative solutions through process, tooling, and technology improvements.
- Assisting with training efforts and solving problems by partnering with team members, engineers, and technical experts.
- Consulting with vendors about new technologies and collaborating with machining experts.
- Contributing to design reviews and risk assessments.
- Building engineering prototypes, low-volume products, and establishing build processes and work instructions.
- Designing and developing tooling, and contributing to verification and validation practices by specifying product requirements, executing test plans, and ensuring process execution aligns with documented plans.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have a 2-year degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience (required).
- Are proficient at reading and understanding mechanical drawings and using measuring instruments accurately.
- Possess strong communication skills and keen attention to detail and quality.
- Have experience with SolidWorks (required; 3-5 years preferred).
- Have related military experience (preferred).
- Are willing to work varied shifts to support surge activities.
