Shift Details:
Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (3 nights one week, 4 nights the next; alternating weekends)
Pay Rate: $30 – $40/hr
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide skilled troubleshooting for PLCs, AC/DC variable speed drives, and electrical controls.
- Perform both preventive and predictive maintenance on facility & production equipment.
- Lead or support electrical maintenance projects, ensuring adherence to electrical codes and OSHA safety standards.
- Support the shift maintenance teams and provide after-hours troubleshooting as needed.
- Assist with improving preventive/predictive maintenance efforts to boost equipment reliability.
- Promote departmental standards for safety, sanitation, and housekeeping.
- Stay current with and support the introduction of new technologies.
- Train and mentor maintenance electricians as needed.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Able to work all shifts and overtime as required.
- Prior experience as a quality control inspector is preferred.
- Competence in reading and interpreting technical documents and safety materials.
- Basic math and computer proficiency (Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving skills in standardized settings.
- Associate’s degree or technical diploma preferred; High school diploma/GED required.
- Able to perform visual inspections and understand technical specifications.
