Assembler – Day & Second Shift Opportunities
Location: Goodyear 85338
Pay: $18/hr – $20.00
Shifts Available:

  • Day Shift: Monday – Friday, 5:00am – 2:30pm

  • Second Shift: 2:00pm – 10:30pm

Job Summary:
The Assembler is responsible for the assembly of fabricated parts according to established procedures and guidelines. This role supports our continued commitment to quality, safety, productivity, and superior customer satisfaction.
Major Responsibilities:

  • Perform all duties in line with current Quality Management System, Safety Management System, and Code of Conduct

  • Assemble sub-assemblies; install accessory components and materials

  • Wire basic electrical connections as per diagrams

  • Inspect products to meet quality, engineering, and customer specifications

  • Operate hand tools, including electrical and pneumatic power tools (framing experience a plus)

  • Load, unload, lift, and move materials/products (utilizing lifting equipment when available)

  • Read and interpret job orders, diagrams, and blueprints to select and assemble components

  • Complete and maintain all required electronic paperwork, including checklists, stamping, blueprints, barcoding, and shipping materials

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area; uphold 5S standards

Required Skills:

  • Ability to stand and walk on concrete up to 100% of the workday

  • Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, and crouch

  • Capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs unaided; over 50 lbs with assistance

  • Ability to climb and maintain balance

  • Manual dexterity and ability to use hands for tools and material handling

  • Visual inspection skills for quality assurance

Required Experience:

  • GED or High School Diploma preferred

  • 1–3 years of manufacturing or construction experience (framing experience is a plus)

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and tape measures

  • Proficiency in basic math and reading comprehension

  • Basic English language skills (reading, speaking, understanding) required

  • Experience with hand tools, framing, and construction highly desired
