Guest Experience Host
Are you passionate about providing exceptional guest service and representing a renowned brand? Kelly is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Guest Experience Host to join our Distillery Visitor Center team! Schedule is 7am-4:30pm and able to do weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily guided tours and tasting experiences, ensuring each guest enjoys an interactive and informative visit.

  • Represent the  brand with expertise and enthusiasm, sharing your passion for our product.

  • Deliver high-end hospitality from greeting to departure, exceeding guest expectations in all interactions.

  • Support event set-up, ticket/reservation processing, on-site retail functions, and logistical needs for guest experiences.

  • Handle retail and ticket sales, including drawer activation/reconciliation, restocking, and inventory tasks.

  • Maintain brand standards for the visitor center and ensure a clean, welcoming environment.

Qualifications:

  • You MUST have prior experience as a tour guide and in a retail environment.

  • High school diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate required.

  • At least 2 years in retail sales, hospitality, food, or customer service .

  • Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills.

  • Flexible schedule availability, including weekends.

  • Ability to lift at least 50 pounds and work in active, changing environments.

  • Valid driver’s license and safe driving record required.
