Customer Support Representative / Inside Sales – Be the Friendly Face of Our Service Center!
Pay: $17.00/hr | Schedule: Mon–Fri, 7:30AM–4:00PM | Weekends Off

Step into a vital role at our McFarland Service Center, where you’ll help customers, contractors, and distributors find the right solutions for their building needs. Enjoy a supportive environment, daylight hours, and hands-on experience with both sales and customer service.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist retail customers and contractors with product selection and project planning
- Prepare detailed job cost estimates and material lists for building projects
- Enter and accurately process work orders in the computer system
- Handle customer inquiries, recommend suitable materials, and offer project expertise
- Receive and resolve customer complaints, answer questions, and provide outstanding support
- Process orders, handle payments, and prepare credit/debit memos
- Collaborate with the Service Center Manager and be a key team member day to day
Who We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic construction knowledge and a knack for helping others
- Comfortable with computers (order entry, basic troubleshooting, email)
- One year of general office experience preferred
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Problem-solver who enjoys working with people and handling multiple tasks
- Positive attitude, reliability, and a desire to learn
