Payrate: $25.00/hour
Monday- Friday 8am-5pm-Onsite

About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive temp-hire Executive Assistant to support the Assistant Director in a fast-paced non-profit organization. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on multitasking, enjoys keeping operations running smoothly, and has strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, scheduling, and travel arrangements for the Assistant Director
- Prepare and process purchase orders, expense reports, and mileage reimbursements
- Communicate with internal staff and partner organizations via email and phone
- Coordinate and prepare for meetings, events, and ongoing projects
- Maintain and organize records, files, and documentation
- Provide day-to-day administrative support including emails, calls, and task management
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of relevant experience as an Executive or Admin Assistant
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Bilingual in any language a plus
